Tikona service is by far the worst I have experienced till date. Not only is the service that they provide is cheap and unworthy but also the chain of harassment that one has to go after taking a connection is just frustrating.
After taking the connection, we had barely been able to use it due to its poor quality but we went on with it for a couple of months coz we didn’t have time to fix the matter. After a year we stopped using it altogether and moved on. However after several months I got call from the customer care stating that need to pay the pending bills even for the time i hadn’t used the connection. They started threatening me and calling repeatedly. I didnt have that that much time to waste my energy in this situation so I paid it up.Also following which I sent in a mail from the registered ID stating i need to close this account, which according to them they never received however I have copies of the mail.
After all this drama i thought I was done with this company but no, they called me up again after 10 months and this time some advocate from delhi stating a court has been registered against my name in the civil court and i need to come to the delhi to resolve it. I made her understand i had already paid my dues and had sent in a mail for disconnection but she wasnt ready to listen and started threatening about jail time and heavy fines. All my effort to make this person understand went in wain and i ended up paying the due of 2749 which wasnt even showing with my id. She said she’d be mailing a NOC which never happened. But now if i receive a single call from them i’m filing a case against this company no matter what it takes me.
