Complaint Against Zoomcar Customer

 Dear Sir/Mam,

I am a zoomcar host from the last 2 years due to some urgent requirements of a customer need car, I have given happened something then I have reached here to raise my concern, please update the all problems.


There is a customer, he booked my car two times and one day suddenly book and called me need urgently my car to him and he was unable to complete the checklist to pickup the car from last two times. I have given the key as he booked the car from zoomcar. 

Suddenly, booked the car same called me and took keys and ran away from my location and after few hours he called me your car is not working, I am coming with crane to deliver your car. I have called him to start the checklist to fill the end checklist. But he cancelled the booking and left on the road my car and blocked my contact number.

I have mailed to the customer care team, team is asking the checklist why did you provide the keys but whenever last time served the booking by providing the keys zoomcar company taken money of share 40% but this time saying why did you provide the key. Please check and take the legal action against the customer.
